They pruned and cabled a live oak which had several large branches overhanging the house. Before trimming anything they asked questions, did a walk-around with me to discuss exactly what I wanted and did not want, would ask me to come out and take a look to confirm I liked the results Everything looks fantastic - from our palms, to our oaks and crepe myrtles - absolutely no crepe murder committed!! Scott Nicholson5 StarTo be completely honest, from front to back, this was the absolute BEST customer experience I have had in dealing with any company in probably the last 10 years. Each and every employee was nicer than the next. Our representative, Dylan, did a fantastic job and answered all of our questions and concerns during his initial visit back in April. The whole process was refreshing in that there wasn't a "hey, if you sign up today, I'll give you 10% off". Very low key, very low pressure - and as a consumer I thoroughly appreciated that. He explained the process and how it would be done and then the crew followed through on those promises. Both Dylan and all 3 of the crewmembers (didn't get their name) and the gentleman that provided the liquid boost (didn't get his name) were all pleasant to deal with, easy to carry on a conversation with, and extremely knowledgeable in anything and everything tree related! They all arrived when they said they would and performed the jobs they were sent to do, and it was done efficiently and effectively. I truly feel like the trees and shrubs in my yard are in good hands with Bartlett and look forward to working with them for all of my arborist needs in the future.
