Family tree service was fantastic. The crew cut down 9 trees, 4 in the front and 5 in the back but before moving to the backyard to cut those trees the crew ensured the debris from the trees in the front yard was cleaned up. The owner Elbert Holt, is an Arborist and is very knowledgeable about trees For instance we wanted part of an oak tree cut but Mr Holt suggested instead of cutting the tree to purine it because cutting part of the tree would kill it. Mr Holt was concerned about giving us the right information so we could make a better decision than just cutting the tree down for Monterey gain. He ensured everything was to our satisfaction before he and his crew left and before we paid him. Also his price was reasonable and he was upfront about everything. I would recommend Family Tree Service to anyone, they are the best!!!

I cant say enough how professional this company is. Elbert showed up to look at the job (ON TIME), took his time to examine what needed to be done and provided a quote while he was here. He thoroughly explained the scope of work and also educated me on what is best for my trees. We agreed to go forward, He set me up in his schedule and again showed up with his crew ON TIME to perform the work. His crew was courteous, and professional, and worked diligently. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully as well. I had a huge Live Oak they did a Canopy cleanup on, several Crepe Myrtle trees and a Large palm. It was alot of work and the finished job is astounding. I will have them back for Tree Maintenace in the future for sure!

I cannot begin to convey how blessed I feel I connected with Elbert Holt with Family Tree Service. He is a GA certified arborist, ISA member with an A+ BBB accreditation (in addition to Five Stars on Home Advisor). Most importantly 'In God We Trust' is proudly displayrd on the back of his business card. Quotes very reasonable, competitive which come with the comfort of a job very well done. 03/09/24 Update: Elbert Holt, foreman Mike, & family completed my extensive tree service needs with professionalism & diplomacy. I only wish I could begin how hard these folks work to meet their customers needs at a more than reasonable price. It was humbling and these consumer oriented companies are becoming fewer and far between. Arborist Elbert navigated neighbors extensive tree property overhang onto mine, many diseased, with diplomacy & care. I believe he & crew left us both the best of outcomes, as a Christian & professional should. Family Tree Service is a keeper, a joy to share.

We had a huge pine tree cut down that was way too close to a power line. Plus limbs from 4 other trees that were bothersome. The owner was extremely professional, offered a military discount, was on time and provided everything we asked for. The guys working were super nice and worked efficiently. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Thank you for a job well done.

You can't go wrong with Elbert and his crew! They did an excellent job at my house by removing 3 big trees, cleaned up the yard and haul everything away! Reasonable price too. I absolutely recommend Family Tree Service to anyone!
